For the past 54 years, University of Oregon Duck wrestlers have excelled in conference, national, and international competition.  Sixty-nine individual conference champions, 39 All-Americans, five Olympic appearances by Duck wrestlers and one by a a Duck USA Olympic coach mark this distinguished record.  On July 13, 2007 Oregon Athletic Director Pat Kilkenny, citing the desire to restore baseball as an intercollegiate sport and the gender-equity problems that presented, announced suspension of Oregon’s storied wrestling program at the end of the 2007-08 season.  Obviously we disagree.  Please visit our Video Podcast Page to view and download multimedia material in support of our cause.  Then, visit our main website:
